Thu, 7 May 2009 Frances Cotter has been writing for eight years and is working towards her first collection of poetry. She lives in Kilkenny with her family. She teaches English. Her poems have been published in various magazines including THE SHOp, Kilkenny Broadsheets and Listowel Writers.
